The Gallery Restaurant & Bar is a member of Feile Bia (Bord Bia’s Certified Farm to Fork Quality Assurance Scheme). Therefore, all beef, chicken, pork, bacon and eggs prepared and cooked for you on these premises is sourced locally, and is of Irish origin.

Pinot Grigio, 2005/06, Botter
Dry, with high acidity and green apple nut flavour. Very popular at the moment- spicy food.
Boschendal, Favourite, Chenin Blanc, 2006/07
Dry to off-dry with crisp fruity flavours of Melon. Well-balanced wine.
Brown Brothers, Chardonnay, 2005
This King Valley Chardonnay displays fresh lifted stone fruit aromas of nectarine and peach.
Faiveley, Chablis, 2005
Flinty, lemony and crisp with a lovely lingering fruit/ lemon finish. Tastes like real ripe grapes, but not at all flabby.

A light red with clean cherry fruit flavours. A great favourite with pizza.

Full rich and soft with good balance and aftertaste. A good selection no matter what food.

Full and powerful with lots of ripe dark berry flavours. Top of the range from MontGras.
Chianti Classico, 2004/05, Botter
An Italian classic full of burnt cherry flavours. Unbeatable with pasta or any Italian dish.
Boschendal, “Lanoy” Cabernet Merlot, 2006
The Cabernet Sauvignon’s meaty depth and firm tannins, are offset by the Merlot’s fruit.
Brown Brothers, Shiraz, 2005
Medium-bodied with good balance of fruit, spice and oak and a smooth finish. Ideal with any meat dish.
Crozes Hermitage, 2002, Guigal
Full-bodied and tannic with a lot of fruit. Ideal with red meat, but even better with a good strong cheese.
